Responsibilities
- You define and further develop pricing and trade term structures across brands, channels, and customers in Germany and internationally
- You set and enforce commercial guardrails (e.g. discount levels, trade terms, promo rules) to ensure margin discipline
- You develop and steer annual negotiations, including frameworks, targets, and offer structures
- You drive trade spend strategy and effectiveness and define how investments are allocated across discounts, promotions, and displays
- You define clear rules for promotional activities (depth, frequency, mechanics) to support value-driven growth
- You own and maintain pricing and trade term setups in systems (e.g. SAP), ensuring consistency with agreed conditions
- You collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Brand teams on Revenue Growth decisions
Requirements
- You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, or a similar role within FMCG or a comparable industry
- You have proven experience working with pricing, trade terms, and promotional mechanics in a B2B or retail environment
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude with a focus on fast execution
- You are able to structure and manage complex projects and processes effectively
- You have solid knowledge of Excel and feel comfortable building and maintaining models, deriving insights, and automating workflows
- You communicate clearly and effectively

- You are fluent in English; German is a plus
