Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver training workshops, programs, and seminars globally for teams focused on revenue generation.
- Serve as the main contact for questions and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices related to revenue training initiatives.
- Stay current with the company's platform, product suite, and sales environment to ensure training content supports evolving business needs.
- Analyze current training methods to uncover inefficiencies and identify necessary improvements for revenue-facing teams.
- Work closely with training departments to design and roll out new strategies that improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
