Hilton is looking for a Revenue Analyst (Food & Beverage) to join our team. Guided by our vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, you will analyse hotel data to develop strategies and forecasts that help our hotels stay competitive. In this role, you will provide critical information and strategies to our Revenue and Sales Teams to maximise sales efforts and optimise our revenue stream.
What You'll Do
- Optimise the hotel revenue stream and generate performance indices against competing hotels.
- Analyse hotel activity data and present findings to the Sales Team to help determine pricing strategy and sales forecasts that maximise inventory and capitalise on opportunities.
- Analyse F&B data to maximise profitability and provide sound revenue strategies.
- Develop a full understanding of hotel products and operations.
- Review business plans, identify gaps, and ensure proactive measures are taken to fill capacity and meet targets.
- Monitor the competition and make recommendations to help the hotel management team respond effectively.
- Interact effectively with hotel colleagues across departments.
