About the Role
This role involves delivering technical support and solutions for retread products across Canada, focusing on customer service, on-site troubleshooting, and performance optimization of rubber-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical assistance for retread and rubber product applications
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues with retreaded tires and related systems
- Conduct field audits and inspections at customer locations
- Train customer personnel on proper installation and maintenance procedures
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay field feedback
- Support new product rollouts and technical trials
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical concerns promptly
- Assist in root cause analysis for product failures
- Deliver technical presentations to customer teams
- Coordinate with logistics for sample and equipment handling
- Track and report on key service metrics
- Promote best practices in retread operations
- Support warranty claim evaluations with technical data
- Stay current on product specifications and updates
- Work with manufacturing to address field-observed trends
- Assist in developing technical documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations
- Manage time effectively across multiple customer sites
- Use diagnostic tools to assess product conditions
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
