Corebridge Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Consultant II to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of retirement plan sponsors and eligible employees. You will deliver education to improve plan awareness and grow assets.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
- Present enrollment meetings, age-based financial education, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings.
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
- Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
- Assist the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
- Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate regarding plan participation.
- Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Appropriate state insurance licenses
- Must have excellent presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Series 7 license
- Series 66 license
- CFP, ChFC, or similar designations
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills
