Responsibilities
- Build and maintain efficient systems for converting free users into paying customers using email and push notification campaigns.
- Design and execute automated workflows for email and push notifications.
- Lead campaign execution, covering planning, content collection, development, approval coordination, scheduling, quality checks, and launch.
- Oversee and refine automated multi-channel campaigns across email, web push, mobile push, and SMS to boost user engagement, retention, and paid conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests on messaging strategies, including timing, audience segmentation, personalized offers, and subject lines to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Produce performance reports tracking segmentation, conversion rates, user drop-off, and other key metrics.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor retention tactics to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Develop creative concepts and testable hypotheses to strengthen retention tools and increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align retention initiatives with broader product goals and user experience.
