Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the development of team members by guiding training efforts in line with company standards.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates using approved hiring methods.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory verification, to safeguard assets.
- Maintain asset security through proper inventory tracking, safety protocols, documentation, and loan safeguards.
- Manage key store operations such as inventory handling, loan administration, product display, store appearance, systems use, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and promote profitability through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure daily operations align with or surpass established company standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to uphold loan quality and accuracy.
- Complete assigned development tasks and training modules for personal growth.
- Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to staff members.
- Stay informed about current product offerings and market trends.
- Serve as acting manager during the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
