Help customers make confident tire decisions as a Retail Sales Representative at a premium automotive dealership in Orlando. You'll serve as the go-to expert for tire selection, inspections, and recommendations, working directly with drivers on the service drive to identify needs, explain wear patterns, and present solutions that prioritize safety and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their driving needs and recommend appropriate tire products
- Conduct quick, accurate tire inspections and communicate findings clearly
- Quote pricing, process orders, and support the sales process from start to close
- Build lasting relationships with both customers and dealership staff
- Assist with daily operations including inventory management and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building rapport
- Confidence using digital tools for order entry and customer records
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Starting hourly rate between $28.34 and $30.85, with a target annual commission of $13,200. You’ll also receive a guaranteed commission during onboarding to support your transition. Full-time, onsite role with a 5-day work week and PTO eligibility beginning after 30 days—up to 19 days annually. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 50% 401(k) match up to 7%.
