Company is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for its Tilton Tanger location. As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of bringing the brand to life, engaging customers to drive loyalty and sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
- Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
- Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
- Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
- Support the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
- Handle all customer interactions and potential issues or returns courteously and professionally.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
