The Cigna Group is looking for an Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative to join our Consumer Onboarding and Service Department. In this role, you will be a key resource for our Select segment client base, matrix partners, clients, and brokers, providing service through the Cigna for Employers portal.
What You'll Do
- Monitor a dedicated phone line to manage inquiries from external clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis of multifaceted problems, propose recommended solutions, and drive resolution.
- Communicate timely, important, and complex information to appropriate levels of the organization.
- Utilize technical, investigative, and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.
- Facilitate discussions and act as a subject matter expert on all Client Resources portal applications and reporting.
- Support the creation and amendment of security access for portal users.
- Follow basic inventory management disciplines for managing your workload.
- Facilitate scheduled WebEx training sessions for customers on portal navigation and usage.
- Act as a resource for matrix partners, including Sales and Client Advocacy, as well as clients and brokers.
- Support front line troubleshooting and security access management for the portal.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Flexibility to accommodate a standard work schedule within the department’s hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm MST.
- Minimum of three years of relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively problem solve inquiries to resolution.
- Technical acumen, investigative and trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organization skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced work environment and adapt to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to support team goals while maintaining individual performance.
- Proficiency using MS Office software, with a focus on Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Internet connection obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience performing in a client facing capacity.
