Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with all customers to build relationships and offer suitable financial products.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures without management oversight.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, well-stocked, and merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Process sales and loan transactions adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
- Manage cash and negotiable items following set policies and regulations.
- Answer phone calls according to company standards.
- Clearly explain the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, showing respect and using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with all staff to deliver a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Complete assigned training successfully.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed.
