Responsibilities
- Builds customer rapport to provide and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Performs opening and closing procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness, stock, and display of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Conducts sales and loan transactions following established policies and regulations.
- Manages cash and negotiable items according to established policies and regulations.
- Answers incoming calls following company standards.
- Explains legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
- Collaborates with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
- Completes assigned training successfully.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
