Company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a Full-Time position specializing in merchandising at our Washington Commons location. You will provide excellent customer service to create meaningful engagement and act as a product expert, using specialized knowledge to advise and inspire customers. Your role is central to executing operational processes efficiently while embodying our brand to enhance loyalty and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Greet and support customers, utilizing various methods to efficiently find products and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Provide inspiration using mannequins and displays and propose styles and outfits to customers.
- Inform customers about loyalty programs to enhance their connection with the brand.
- Utilize omnichannel product offerings to provide a frictionless customer experience.
- Support processes on the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout, and back-of-house as needed.
- Respond to internal and external requests politely and promptly.
- Exchange job-related information and verify its accuracy to provide effective support.
