Company is seeking a part-time Lead for our Marketfair location. This critical leadership role executes assigned operational tasks and provides direct support to the store leadership team. You will act as a mentor and role model for employees, guiding service behaviors and task execution in key specialty areas to ensure productivity and goals are met.

What You'll Do

Act as a role model who puts customers first and achieves store priorities.
Support the store leadership team and collaborate effectively with employees to ensure work is completed timely and efficiently.
Accumulate and share expertise in assigned specialty job areas.
Support the completion of pre/post-closing operational processes as needed.
Listen, ask questions, and elicit feedback to understand needs and provide service.
Handle unique or complex customer situations.
