NAPA, a part of GPC Asia Pacific, is looking for an Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team in Osborne Park. In this full-time role, you will be the key technical resource, providing accurate parts support and solutions to our trade, industrial, and mining customers.
What You'll Do
- Interpret parts and provide expert technical advice to customers.
- Process customer orders and efficiently dispatch products.
- Be the first point of contact for customers in-person and over the phone.
- Promote specials and arrange buy ins for specific customer needs.
- Process customer credits and manage related inquiries.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first in all activities.
