Brenntag North America is looking for a Quality Coordinator to support a positive Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) culture. In this role, you will assist in projects and programs focused on continuous improvement and safety excellence.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate and serve as a point of contact with Regional/Global QSHE teams and stakeholders on projects, initiatives, and programs, tracking their status.
- Prepare Regional QSHE performance reports, scorecards, and best practices, analyzing performance trends and KPIs.
- Analyze regional information and provide summaries to support the development of the QSHE culture.
- Participate in periodic site visits and Regional QSHE meetings to understand operations and align strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on Regional/Global QSHE training initiatives.
- Coordinate the Regional QSHE budget process and track its status.
- Administer information on various Regional QSHE platforms like databases, SharePoint, websites, programs, and projects.
- Share Best Practices with the Global QSHE Team concerning Regional QSHE projects and programs.

- 5+ years in a project, administrative, coordination, or related function.
