Repco is looking for a Store Delivery Driver who thrives on serving customers and representing our brand. You'll be the face of our business, delivering parts, picking up from vendors, and ensuring our operations run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and building genuine connections.
What You'll Do
- Deliver parts to customers with a focus on developing lasting relationships.
- Pick up parts from vendors and ensure stock room inventory is accurately maintained and checked.
- Consistently prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts.
- Serve as a brand ambassador when interacting with customers during deliveries.
- Build long-term relationships with the customers on your delivery route.
- Maintain the store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance like checking tire pressure.
- Perform other duties as needed to support store operations.
What We're Looking For
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of a stool or ladder when necessary.
- Stamina to stand and walk for your entire shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately.
- Experience maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups.
- Commitment to inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and people.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
- Flexibility with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid Driver’s License.
