Company is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our Richmond Centre location. In this role, you will create customer engagement through excellent service, acting as a product expert to advise and inspire. You will execute operational processes to embody our brand and drive loyalty and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Greet and support customers, utilizing various methods to efficiently find products and respond to inquiries accurately.
- Provide inspiration using mannequins and displays, and suggest styles and outfits.
- Inform customers about the loyalty program to enhance their connection to the brand.
- Utilize omnichannel product offerings to provide a frictionless customer experience.
- Support processes on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and in the back of house as needed.
- Respond to internal and external requests politely and promptly.
- Exchange job-related information to provide support and verify its accuracy.
