What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers, efficiently locating merchandise and answering questions.
Offer personalized style and outfit suggestions using in-store displays for inspiration.
Promote customer loyalty by clearly explaining our loyalty programs.
Utilize omnichannel tools to create a seamless shopping experience.
Support sales floor processes, fitting rooms, point of sale, and back-of-house operations.
Respond courteously and professionally to all internal and external requests.
Exchange and verify job-related information to provide accurate support.
