DaVita is hiring a Manager, Learning Strategy and Insights for its Learning & Development Center of Excellence in Wisdom. This role collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders to create and implement innovative learning solutions that drive capability development and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Program Owners and business leaders to select optimal learning modalities and design technical and professional learning solutions.
- Develop advanced content for high-complexity experiences, including video recordings, animations, and content via training authoring tools.
- Consult with Village learning teams on best practices for creating learning experiences and using common standards and templates.
- Manage Learning Design & Development teammate(s).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4+ years of experience in instructional design.
- Demonstrated experience applying adult learning theory and advanced instructional design methodologies to develop training across multiple formats.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Proficiency with advanced content design in areas such as graphic design, animation, or film and audio recording.
- Proficiency in a Learning Management System like Cornerstone on Demand.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s Degree.
- Instructional Designer Certification.

- Compensation range: $75,000 - $110,000 per year.
