GEV Grid Solutions is hiring a Lead Account Sales Specialist to own order intake and margin accountability for Power Transmission products and services within designated accounts. In this role, you will implement sales strategy to strengthen customer relationships, drive profitable growth, and manage the bidding and negotiation process.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement business strategic and action plans in given accounts to deliver targets for order value, margin, cash flow, and past due for both products and services.
- Develop and implement channel to market strategy and follow up actions for both products and services.
- Develop and implement key accounts strategy to build influential relationships and win profitable business.
- Determine customers’ needs and drive spec-in/out actions together with Products Specialist Sales.
- Identify key opportunities and define deal winning strategy together with the Products Specialist Sales.
- Build up market intelligence on market dynamics, competitiveness, technology trends, and emergent opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a successful sales growth track record.
- Basic knowledge about Power Transmission products.
- Well understanding of the Philippines markets and having connection with key utilities, EPCs and Industry customers.
