Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is hiring a Junior Key Account Manager for its Home Appliances and Visual Display business. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing key accounts, handling invoicing and pricing, coordinating logistics, and overseeing promotional budget management.
What You'll Do
- Prepare invoices in Excel and verify truck loading capacity.
- Create NERP invoices and obtain approval for invoice discounts.
- Update pricing dates and invoice information in Excel.
- Generate PDF files for invoices and make changes upon partner request.
- Verify prepayment partners and share paid invoice lists with Logistics for release preparation.
- Check credit limits and obtain Sold-to codes for invoice creation.
- Collect and send signed/stamped cargo bills or Acts of Goods acceptance.
- Create weekly release plans and link models to container numbers.
- Check billing statuses and submit NEP approvals for promo applications.
- Obtain approvals for promo budget adjustments and verify paid discounts in billed invoices.
- Calculate COOP balances at the beginning of each month and send them to partners for confirmation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position (e.g., B2C Key Account Manager, Sales Analyst, Sales Support Specialist, Sales Representative, Accountant, Product Manager, Product Trainer, Category Manager, Marketing Support Specialist).
- Fluent Romanian or Russian, with spoken intermediate level of English.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, power query, data validation, conditional formatting are preferable) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Experience working with an ERP system (SAP, 1C, etc.).
- University Degree in Economics, Marketing or Finance.
Nice to Have
- Preferred industry experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Retail.
- A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges and bring them to the attention of relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to cope well with change and ambiguity.
- The ability to put the customer and their experience first.
