National General (Allstate) is hiring a remote Frontline PIP Adjuster. You will be responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents, primarily focusing on Florida claims. This role determines coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims within your authority.
What You'll Do
- Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion within an increased level of authority.
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and develop a plan for handling such cases.
- Partner with assigned representatives from fraud or subrogation departments to achieve the best outcome on relevant claims.
- Apply an intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies and organizational relationships.
- Recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage.
- Identify customer needs and employ appropriate customer service skills to meet them.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in Florida PIP claims handling.
- Experience as a PIP Claims Adjuster.
Nice to Have
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $62,800.00 - $85,000.00.
