Avolta is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Seattle Tacoma International Airport. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth store operations.

What You'll Do

Acknowledge and greet customers warmly.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Guide customers to products and answer questions about the store layout.
Accurately operate a cash register and handle transactions.
Follow all company policies, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
Communicate pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues to management.
Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backrooms.
Organize damaged or outdated products and returns, and report out-of-stock items.
Help maintain a clean, organized store through sweeping, dusting, and straightening merchandise.
Place stock orders, receive freight, and load and unload trucks.
Replenish stock on the sales floor.
Assist in inventory counts and reconcile any variances.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of personalities.
Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
Capable of lifting 40-60 pounds.
Ability to work in an environment exposed to the elements, including both hot and cold temperatures.
Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
