Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers warmly and builds relationships to better understand their financial needs and recommend suitable services.
- Completes opening and closing procedures that do not involve management responsibilities.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor with properly displayed merchandise.
- Conducts sales and pawn loan transactions following company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manages cash and negotiable items securely and accurately in compliance with established guidelines.
- Answers phone calls according to company service expectations.
- Clearly explains the legal terms of pawn and purchase transactions to customers.
- Communicates professionally and respectfully with team members and supervisors using effective techniques.
- Collaborates with colleagues to ensure a positive and lasting customer experience.
- Successfully finishes all assigned training programs.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting for extended periods, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Willingness and ability to handle firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrates strong motivation to serve customers, work with people, and contribute as a team member.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Proficient in performing basic arithmetic calculations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using computers, Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems, and standard office equipment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience handling cash is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work at multiple locations as business demands.

Compensation
