- Completes opening and closing procedures that do not involve management responsibilities.
- Maintains a clean, organized sales floor with properly stocked and displayed merchandise.
- Conducts sales and loan activities following company policies, industry practices, and regulatory standards.

- Answers incoming phone calls according to company service expectations.
