Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to build relationships and offer suitable financial products.
- Open and close the store following established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Process sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulations.
- Manage cash and negotiable items following established guidelines.
- Handle incoming calls according to company standards.
- Explain the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, showing respect and using appropriate tools.
