Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers warmly and builds relationships to effectively suggest suitable financial products.
- Completes opening and closing tasks as outlined in operational guidelines.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales area with appealing product displays.
- Executes sales and lending transactions following company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manages cash and negotiable instruments in compliance with established protocols.
- Answers incoming calls according to company communication standards.
- Clearly explains legal terms related to pawn and purchase transactions to customers.
- Communicates professionally and respectfully with team members and supervisors.
- Collaborates with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Completes all assigned training programs successfully.
- Performs additional duties as directed by management.

Commission Plan Information
The commission incentive plan is exclusive to FirstCash. Sales associates may earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit from individual performance. Details are shared during the interview process.
