Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail locations within your designated area as scheduled
- Inspect, assemble, and set up displays and consumer electronics including televisions, tablets, audio devices, printers, mobile phones, and speakers
- Collaborate with colleagues when necessary for larger installations such as appliances or large-screen TVs requiring two or more people
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with retail staff during site visits
- Accurately carry out tasks assigned by the BDS Manager
- Submit required reports on time using your personal mobile device
- Plan and execute work according to BDS operational standards and expectations, which are covered during onboarding
- Receive shipment materials at home or collect from FedEx as needed, then transport to retail sites
- Perform additional duties as directed by management
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant equivalent experience
- Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance for company-related travel in compliance with policy
- Willingness and ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of your designated market; drive time and mileage are compensated
- Ownership of a basic toolkit, with reimbursement available after successful completion of the probationary period
- Completion of paid online training modules by assigned deadlines prior to in-store work
- Proficiency using a personal Android or Apple smartphone or tablet with GPS to upload images, submit reports, and access documents

- Flexible availability required from early morning to midday, Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts possible
- Minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours
- Physical demands include regular standing, walking, bending, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, balancing, lifting and carrying over 40 pounds, climbing ladders taller than 10 feet, and operating moving equipment such as Big Joe/Little Joey or forklifts after certification; driving is also required
- Occasional travel by air or other transportation methods may be necessary
