As a Full-Time Sales Lead at a high-traffic location in Pentagon City, you’ll play a central role in shaping both team performance and customer satisfaction. Partner with the Store Manager to maintain smooth daily operations, from opening to closing, while fostering a culture where accountability and growth go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do
- Support leadership by completing key operational tasks, including bank deposits, inventory handling, and maintaining safety standards
- Drive team productivity and performance by delivering real-time feedback and reinforcing customer engagement practices
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming across all areas—sales floor, stockroom, and common spaces
- Train and mentor associates on product knowledge, including fabric composition, fit, and functionality, to enhance customer interactions
- Assist in visual merchandising and uphold brand standards to improve the shopping journey
- Monitor inventory controls, participate in counts, and report supply or training needs to improve efficiency
- Act as a product expert for both customers and team members, maintaining strong personal sales results
- Communicate insights and challenges to leadership to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in high-volume retail or lingerie
- Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills and comfort using technology in daily tasks
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and adapt to change
