Scandinavian Tobacco Group is hiring Retail Associates for both full-time and part-time positions, welcoming candidates from experienced to entry-level. You will gain comprehensive experience across all aspects of our retail business, including sales, merchandise presentation, in-store events, customer service, and day-to-day store operations. Social skills and the ability to genuinely engage with customers are paramount.
What You'll Do
- Gain experience in all aspects of the business, including sales, merchandise presentation, in-store events, customer service, and operational functions.
- Create the perfect customer experience.
- Engage and connect with customers.
- Climb stepladders and restock merchandise shelving.
- Operate a Point-of-Sale system.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to engage, connect, and openly speak with customers.
- Ability to climb step ladders and restock merchandise shelving.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Able to operate a Point-of-Sale system.
Nice to Have
- Retail experience is preferred but not required.
