Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the training and development of team members according to company standards.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring methods.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, property security, documentation, and loan handling.
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, loan processing, product display, store appearance, systems use, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and support profit growth through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all store operations meet or exceed established company standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to maintain loan quality and accuracy.
- Complete assigned tasks and developmental training as directed.
- Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to team members.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Serve as the acting manager during the absence of the primary store manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Work schedule typically follows 9 AM to 6 PM, with many locations closed on Sundays.
- Assistant Store Managers are expected to work over 40 hours per week, based on business demands.
- Employees may be required to assist customers in outdoor areas or retrieve items from external storage.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
