Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the training and growth of team members according to established company guidelines.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring methods.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory reconciliation and adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain asset protection through proper inventory tracking, safety practices, documentation, and secure loan handling.
- Manage daily operations including inventory, loan processing, product display, store appearance, systems, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and promote profitability through clear communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all operations align with or surpass company standards.
- Supervise loan underwriting and purchasing practices to maintain accuracy and value in lending decisions.
- Complete assigned tasks and personal development training as directed.
- Communicate store objectives and mission clearly to team members.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Serve as manager on duty in the absence of the primary manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
