Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with customers in a courteous and professional way and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the training of staff to ensure compliance with company standards for performance and development.
- Identify and hire qualified individuals using approved recruitment methods.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, property security, documentation practices, and secure loan handling.
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, loan processing, product display, store appearance, system usage, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and support profitability by setting goals and communicating targets to the team.
- Ensure all store operations align with or surpass established company benchmarks.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing workflows to maintain accuracy and value in lending decisions.
- Complete assigned personal development tasks and training requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding company goals and financial objectives.
- Stay informed on current product details and market trends.
- Assume managerial responsibilities during the Store Manager's absence.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
