Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly
- Support the training and development of associates to align with company standards
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring methods
- Carry out management responsibilities during store opening and closing, including cash and inventory checks
- Safeguard assets through proper inventory tracking, security protocols, and loan documentation
- Oversee key store operations such as inventory control, loan processing, product display, and reporting
- Independently handle, assess, and secure customer items during pawn, purchase, and retail transactions
- Analyze financial reports and promote profitability through goal setting and team communication
- Ensure store operations meet or surpass established company benchmarks
- Supervise loan approvals and buy transactions to maintain accuracy and value integrity
- Complete assigned development tasks and training programs
- Communicate store goals and objectives clearly to team members
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered
- Manage inventory transfers and perform off-site bank deposits
- Serve as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable
- Perform additional duties as assigned
