Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of team members to meet established performance and service benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring methods.
- Carry out managerial opening and closing tasks, including cash reconciliation and verifying adherence to operational procedures.
- Maintain asset security through inventory oversight, facility safety practices, recordkeeping, and loan safeguarding.
- Manage key store operations such as inventory tracking, loan processing, product display, visual presentation, system usage, and reporting.
- Independently accept, assess, and handle customer goods during pawn, purchase, and sales activities.
- Analyze financial reports and promote store profitability through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all operations comply with or surpass company-defined standards.
- Supervise loan underwriting and buying procedures to maintain accuracy and transaction integrity.
- Complete assigned development tasks and training modules as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to reinforce store goals and financial targets.
- Stay current on product information and industry knowledge.
- Manage inventory movement between locations and perform off-site bank deposits.
- Serve as acting supervisor when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
