Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the training and development of staff to meet company standards.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring methods.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory verification.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, security protocols, and loan documentation.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory handling, loan processing, product display, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and support profitability through clear communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all operations comply with or exceed established company guidelines.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to maintain accuracy and value integrity.
- Complete assigned personal development tasks and training modules.
- Communicate store objectives and mission clearly to team members.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Serve as acting manager during the absence of the primary store manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
