Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with customers professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of team members to meet established performance and service benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified individuals using approved hiring methods and platforms.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation practices, and loan security measures.
- Implement and maintain operational processes related to inventory, loan administration, product display, store appearance, systems, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and lead initiatives to improve store profitability through team communication and goal setting.
- Ensure all operations align with or surpass company-defined standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to maintain loan quality and value integrity.
- Complete assigned development tasks and training modules as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to reinforce understanding of store goals and financial targets.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
- Serve as acting manager during the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
