Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and professional customer experience by proactively engaging clients and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the training and development of staff to meet established performance and service benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring channels.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation, and loan safeguarding practices.
- Manage daily operational processes such as inventory control, loan administration, product display, store appearance, system usage, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and promote profitability through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all operations align with or surpass company-mandated standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing procedures to maintain loan quality and accuracy.
- Complete assigned personal development tasks and training modules as directed.
- Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of all products and services offered.
- Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
