Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of team members to align with established company standards.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved company methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, safety measures, documentation, and secure loan handling.
- Execute key store operations including inventory control, loan administration, product display, visual presentation, system usage, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and promote profitability through clear communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all operations meet or surpass company benchmarks.
- Supervise loan approvals and purchasing practices to maintain accuracy and value in lending decisions.
- Complete assigned tasks and developmental training as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to align them with store goals and financial targets.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
- Serve as acting manager during the Store Manager's absence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

- Work schedule: Most stores open at 9 AM and close at 6 PM; many are closed on Sundays.
- Vacation: One week paid vacation after six months of active full-time service; additional week after one year; two weeks (80 hours) on each anniversary thereafter; 120 hours after five years.
- Sick/Personal time: 8 hours granted after 6 months of employment; 16 hours each anniversary for years 2-5; 24 hours after five years (adjusted per state/local requirements).
