Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment by interacting with customers professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Oversee and support the training of team members to meet established performance benchmarks.
  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring methods.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to security protocols.
  • Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation, and loan protection measures.
  • Oversee key store operations such as inventory control, loan processing, product display, merchandising, system usage, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial reports and promote profitability through effective communication and performance goals.
  • Ensure daily operations consistently meet or surpass company standards.
  • Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to maintain loan quality and value.
  • Complete assigned tasks and professional development training as directed.
  • Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to team members.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Serve as manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
