Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by interacting with customers professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of team members to meet established performance benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation, and loan protection measures.
- Oversee key store operations such as inventory control, loan processing, product display, merchandising, system usage, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and promote profitability through effective communication and performance goals.
- Ensure daily operations consistently meet or surpass company standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to maintain loan quality and value.
- Complete assigned tasks and professional development training as directed.
- Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
- Serve as manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
