Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with customers in a courteous and efficient manner and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Support the training and growth of team members to meet established performance and service benchmarks.
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates using approved recruitment methods.
  • Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory reconciliation and adherence to security protocols.
  • Safeguard company assets through effective inventory tracking, property security measures, proper documentation, and secure loan handling.
  • Manage key store operations such as inventory control, loan processing, product display, store appearance, system usage, and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability through team communication and performance goals.
  • Ensure all store practices align with or surpass company operational standards.
  • Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing procedures to maintain loan quality and accuracy.
  • Complete assigned personal development tasks and training modules as directed.
  • Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to team members.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Serve as the acting manager during the absence of the primary store leader.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
