Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with customers professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of pawnbrokers to align with established company standards.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved company methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, property security, documentation, and loan protection measures.
- Implement and maintain operational processes related to inventory, loan administration, product display, store appearance, systems, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and promote profitability through goal setting and team communication.
- Ensure all operations meet or surpass company-established performance benchmarks.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to maintain loan quality and accuracy.
- Complete required personal development tasks and training assignments.
- Communicate effectively with team members to reinforce understanding of store goals and objectives.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
- Serve as acting manager during the absence of the store manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Compensation
Maximum base payrate based on applicant’s previous experience and skill sets.
