Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, customer-first atmosphere by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of pawnbrokers to meet established company performance benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved company hiring methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through strict inventory oversight, property security practices, proper documentation, and secure loan handling.
- Execute key store operations including inventory tracking, loan administration, product display, merchandising, system use, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and promote profitability through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all store operations comply with or surpass company standards.
- Supervise loan underwriting and purchasing practices to maintain loan quality and value integrity.
- Complete assigned tasks and developmental training as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to align them with store goals and objectives.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
- Serve as acting manager during the Store Manager's absence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Required to work more than 40 hours per week as needed.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work at multiple locations based on business demands.
- Ability and willingness to handle firearms and obtain required certification.
- May be required to assist customers in parking areas or retrieve items from outdoor storage.
- Mandatory participation in binding arbitration upon hire.
