Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and efficient customer experience by responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee and support the training of staff to ensure alignment with company performance and service expectations.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates using approved recruitment methods.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to operational protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, security practices, documentation, and loan handling.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, loan processing, product display, and reporting systems.
- Analyze financial reports and support profit growth through goal setting and team communication.
- Ensure all operations comply with or surpass established company standards.
- Supervise loan underwriting and purchasing practices to maintain accuracy and value integrity.
- Complete required personal development tasks and training assignments.
- Provide clear direction to team members regarding store goals and performance targets.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and market trends.
- Serve as acting manager during the Store Manager's absence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Compensation
$15.00 to $17.00 per hour

- Employees handle diverse inventory including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (at locations with Federal Firearms Licenses).
