Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and professional customer experience by engaging positively and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the training and development of pawnbrokers in alignment with established company standards.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved company methods.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through effective inventory management, property security, documentation, and loan safeguards.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, loan processing, product display, store appearance, systems use, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and promote profitability through goal setting and team communication.
