Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by interacting professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support and oversee the training of staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify and hire qualified candidates using approved recruitment methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation, and loan protection practices.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, loan processing, product display, visual standards, system usage, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and promote profitability through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all store operations comply with or surpass established company benchmarks.
- Supervise loan underwriting and purchasing procedures to maintain loan quality and value accuracy.
- Complete assigned development tasks and training activities for personal growth.
- Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
