Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a Retail Area Manager (gn) to serve as the vital link to our partner dealers in the Bayern Mitte region. You will be responsible for building lasting, trust-based partnerships, expanding our sales territory, and embedding our service into dealer business models.
What You'll Do
- Act as the central point of contact for partner dealers in your region, providing support on all Bikeleasing matters.
- Strengthen existing relationships through regular on-site visits with a focus on long-term partnership development.
- Expand the sales territory and support dealers with growth strategies.
- Assist dealers in successfully integrating Bikeleasing into their business models.
- Provide excellent customer care to foster strong partner relationships and find tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Benefit Event Managers to optimally plan and ensure the quality of events.
- Document successes and key insights in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of sales through exchange with internal sales and sales management.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in B2B sales.
- Understanding of partner management principles.
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education.
- An outgoing personality with a sales affinity and comfort in approaching people.
- The ability to plan appointments independently and manage tasks effectively.
- The skill to convince partners with first-class service and high-quality consultation.
