About the Role
This position involves representing the brand within retail environments by ensuring product is properly stocked, displayed, and merchandised according to brand standards. The representative will conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and act as a liaison between the brand and retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to retail accounts to assess product placement
- Verify inventory levels and report stock discrepancies
- Ensure apparel displays align with brand guidelines
- Set up new product launches at point of sale
- Photograph in-store setups for reporting purposes
- Identify out-of-stock items and coordinate restocking
- Maintain accurate records of store visits and interactions
- Communicate feedback from retail staff to brand team
- Monitor compliance with pricing and promotional signage
- Assist in training retail associates on product features
- Track competitive activity within assigned stores
- Report planogram deviations and suggest corrections
- Ensure correct sizing and color availability on shelves
- Follow up on damaged or misplaced merchandise
- Support seasonal merchandising changes
- Coordinate with distribution teams on delivery issues
- Promote brand visibility through proper signage placement
- Escalate unresolved retail issues to management
- Adhere to safety protocols during store visits
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct on-site
Compensation

Travel Requirements
