HireHawk is looking for a Resume Screening Specialist to serve as the crucial first layer of quality control for our talent pool. You will ensure that only well-qualified candidates progress by working within a structured, repeatable workflow where consistency and accuracy are essential.
What You'll Do
- Review and manage a pipeline of inbound candidate resumes based on defined criteria.
- Disposition candidates accurately according to specific role requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with Recruiters to maintain process flow.
- Work cross-functionally with Recruiters to support efficient hiring operations.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $600–$1,000 USD/month depending on experience.
Work Mode
